The product and operation intern role aims to assist in all operational functions to ensure an optimised day-to-day running of an app business. You will experience hands-on working experience in an app start-up with operational, marketing, media functions.
- Engage in resolution of all operational issues arising from the running of the app business
- Engage in market research and customer surveys to improve the app's UX and UI experience and content offering of Vidfish
- Provide quality and consistent customer service through in-app, email, social media channels
- Assist in streamlining the product improvement process and make necessary improvements with the team
- Cross functional ad-hoc tasks to assist in content procurement and marketing in research, pitching material preparation
