• Receives training and perform all tasks undertaken during the traineeship period for the purpose of promoting development and understanding the core of ISS business as the agreed learning objectives in the below key parts:
• ISS strategy & business model
• Organizational & cultural understanding
• Observe and acquire knowledge of methods, procedures and standards required to build extensive knowledge of operational excellence
• Demonstrate reasonable standard of competency and performance for assignments
• Keep track and monitor your training log to update the progression of your assignments and projects
• Attend periodic learning evaluation and achieve a passing score in all areas of assessment
• Complete and submit projects or assignment within stipulated timeline
• Ensure compliance with local government legislation (eg. Employment Act, Foreign Manpower Act, Workplace Safety) and ISS corporate governance policies
• Preferred Diploma/ Degree in these faculty:
