Job Description

• Troubleshooting and configure devices
• Installation and upgrading of software / patches
• Perform asset management & update asset records
• Setting up/tearing down of computers
• Provisioning of IT devices
• Documentation fillings
• Conduct testing all on devices and systems
• Carrying out re-installation (cloning) of desktop images
