MIAJA Gallery – Gallery Intern

Gallery Graphic Designer Intern's main role is to manage Gallery graphic design jobs, Galley admin and assistance to Gallery Director.

Responsibilities and Duties

• To assist with the development of artworks for creative set designs and visual displays for Miaja Design Group (MDG), Miaja Gallery (MG) and Maison Miaja (MM) and their events;
• To assist with the design and development of artworks for printed and online mailers and other promotional marketing materials for MDG, MG and MM and their events;
• Development and management of MDG, MG and MM product lines;
• To assist with gallery administration and operations, including updates to and management of Art inventories and invoices, organization and management of server e-files and email, and assisting with the organizing of exhibition openings / gallery events, including hanging and installations as and when required;
• To assist with market and communication research as and when required, and stay up-to-date with information on our exhibiting artists, on the industry and the competition;
• To maintain a high level of personal organization and tidiness, and to be well-presented and well-spoken at all times
