Job Description

Responsibilities and Duties

To assist with the development of artworks for creative set designs and visual displays for Miaja Design Group (MDG), Miaja Gallery (MG) and Maison Miaja (MM) and their events;

To assist with the design and development of artworks for printed and online mailers and other promotional marketing materials for MDG, MG and MM and their events;

Development and management of MDG, MG and MM product lines;

To assist with gallery administration and operations, including updates to and management of Art inventories and invoices, organization and management of server e-files and email, and assisting with the organizing of exhibition openings / gallery events, including hanging and installations as and when required;

To assist with market and communication research as and when required, and stay up-to-date with information on our exhibiting artists, on the industry and the competition;

To maintain a high level of personal organization and tidiness, and to be well-presented and well-spoken at all times
