Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

1. Collaborate closely with business departments to understand their needs and provide tailored HR solutions. Participate in business meetings, offering HR insights to support decision-making.
2. Assist in the formulation of performance evaluation processes, supporting business units in assessing employee performance. 3. Handle employee relations issues, including conflict resolution and grievance handling. Collaborate with business leaders to maintain a positive employee relations atmosphere.
4. Ensure company policies and procedures comply with legal requirements and communicate relevant information to business departments.
5. Collect and analyze HR data, providing relevant reports to support business decisions.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Human Resources Management or a related field preferred.
- 3+ years of relevant HR experience.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with labor laws and experience in employee relations management.
- Proficient in data analysis, and skilled in using Human Resource Management Systems (HRMS) and related tools.
- Fluency in Mandarin and English
