  • Managing professionals and talents in the events and entertainment industry
  • Managing production crew and other professionals in production houses
  • Plan and prepare business proposal with the Business Development (BD) team
  • Provide administrative support to BD team on agreements, invoices, documentations, archival of events and more
  • Coordinating events on-site or virtually
  • Provide administrative and operational support
  • Generate ideas and/or carry out event promotion/marketing activity
  • Photography and videography tasks at events on-site or virtually.
  • Production assistant to livestream and production/technical team.
  • Post event/production edits using adobe creative suite and other softwares such as Final Cut Pro, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.
  • Apply communication skills to perform workplace tasks
  • Handle customer enquiries and requests
  • Produce business documents using softwares
  • Build relationship with customers and manage customer needs and expectation
  • Provide information on products and services
  • Manage project timeline
  • Conduct research and gather information for proposal development
  • Prepare event proposal and budget
  • Coordinate event venue arrangements, programmes and materials
  • Manage onsite logistics, lighting/AV/and staging requirements, bumping out activities
  • Conduct equipment check and carry out proper storage
  • Administer customer feedback and prepare post event report
  • Prepare necessary documentation in support of project closure
  • Other adhoc duties when required
