A real estate subsidiary of NTUC Enterprise that own and manage a diverse portfolio of commercial properties in Singapore is looking for a Manager/Assistant Manager, Leasing for retail mall.
Purpose of Role
The candidate will play a key role in leasing of the Mercatus properties and manage landlord-tenant relationship.
Accountabilities & Scope
You will be responsible for planning and executing marketing/leasing strategies, generating business leads and negotiating leases with tenants. You will manage existing tenancies, identify prospects and secure new tenancies via establishing networking channels with tenants and agents to achieve maximum occupancy. You will monitor tenants’ sales performance and work with tenants to improve revenue while building and maintaining a strong relationship between landlord and tenant. You will prepare, review and recommend lease proposal, budget and reports relating to leasing. You will also conduct regular and ad-hoc analysis of market condition, target catchment, surrounding developments and recommend changes to reflect changing market trends.
Qualifications
You will be a high-energy and positive go-getter who is very familiar with the entire leasing process from sourcing for new business, negotiation to tenant management. You will have a good Degree in Real Estate, Business/Marketing or related discipline from a reputable university with minimum 5 years of relevant experience, preferably in a retail mall in Singapore. You will have excellent interpersonal and communication skills and able to communicate with people at all levels. Experience in coaching and guiding junior staff will be added advantage.
