Mencast Offshore & Marine Ptd Ltd – Chemist Assistant

We provide offshore and engineering services that include inspection, maintenance and fabrication of offshore structures, as well as engineering and other onshore structures-related services to the rapidly growing Construction and Infrastructure, Oil and Gas, Energy and Utilities and Water Treatment and Reclaim sectors in the region. Mencast Offshore & Engineering has more than 60 years of combined industry in-depth expertise in project management and supervision, work scope and budget development, and mechanical structural engineering and installation. 

• Participate in activity-based risk assessments.
• Assist daily lab jobs and monitor equipment maintenance.
• Research treatment method and conduct waste treatment experiment.
• Operate instrument (ICP, Soxhlet extraction, Calorific value, Distillation, KF titration) and analyse data.
• Assist to ensure proper approval systems are obtained for documentation purposes.
• Maintain records, filing systems and computer files.
• Assist lab routine tasks, resolve trouble-shooting, perform general administrative duties
• Report directly to the WWTP Manager.
