Mellower Coffee Holding Company – Operations cum Admin Executive (Agriculture)

Responsibilities:

• Handling import and export functions, including handling import and export L/C, preparing the trading contracts, invoices, packing lists, etc.
• Liaise with overseas operations departments on tracking of shipment and documentation flow.
• Track the shipments/delivery globally to ensure the buyers receive the goods within the contract dates. 
• Solve problems related to the shipments/delivery, which arise during transport from the port of loading to the buyer’s warehouse. 
• Follow up with customers and suppliers for the proper settlement of accounts payable and receivable.
• Responsible for recording each transaction data in kinds of reports Timely and Correctly, and submitting kinds of business reports as requested.
• Provide support and backup to the administrative team as required.
• Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Diploma or higher qualification major in International Trade. 
• At least 3 years of experience in preparing L/C, shipping documentation, and familiar with import and export procedures.
• Multi-task and able to work under pressure.
• Bilingual in English and Mandarin.
• Able to start work immediately or within short notice.
