Responsibilities
Provide IT support for company software and systems
Troubleshoot issues during deployment and system downtime
Work closely with internal teams on project implementation
Perform other ad-hoc duties as required
Requirements
NITEC / Diploma / Degree in IT, Computer, or related field
Fresh graduates are welcome
Proficiency in English; Mandarin required to liaise with Mandarin-speaking clients
Positive, responsible, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
Good knowledge of Windows OS and basic networking
Experience in on-site support, software implementation, database or programming is an advantage
