- Content creation comprising content ideation, copywriting, photoshoot and event coverage for various social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn and others
- Community engagement comprising social media monitoring, crisis response, crisis management and performance analytics reports for social media to track and measure content effectiveness.
- Influencer management comprising research and liaison with key influencers, creation of briefs and tracking of influencer campaigns
Qualifications
- Currently studying in a recognized university/polytechnic, preferably in mass communication, marketing or other media-related field.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Creative, curious and analytical
