Key Responsibilities
• Full knowledge and rich experience in Intra-Asia Trade Management
• Partner and support Headquarter to establish sound pricing policy & strategize trade plans to achieve company interest/goals.
• Lead a diversified team (MSC agencies in Asia - Trade Managers) in a dynamic market to fulfil the company objectives efficiently & effectively.
• Enhance Cargo Flow Management to optimize vessel, reduce cost & provide excellent customer experience.
• Facilitate internal & external stakeholders needs in meeting management directives.
• Lead Cargo selection to ensure yield enhancement, taking into consideration longevity & sustainable business relationship.
• Market research and competitors’ studies
• Generate reports for business analysis
Who We Are Looking For
• Minimum Degree qualified, preferably in the field of Maritime or Logistic and Supply Chain.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant Intra Asia Trade experience
• Familiar with Intra-Asia competitors and their services
• Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Power BI)
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks that are more critical
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work under stress and tight timelines
• Meticulous and detail oriented
• Believer in teamwork
