Project Management
• Assist the Managing Director in his work of Business Development and Project Management
• Work hour flexibility in assisting executive in his working arrangements and projects
• Conduct research and prepare presentations or reports as assigned
• Accompany executive to appointments, meetings and keep minutes
Management
• Develop and implement operational and strategic policies
• Handle confidential documents ensuring they remain secure
• Maintain electronic and paper records ensuring information is organized and easily accessible
Personal Assistance
• Maintain Managing Director's agenda and assist in planning appointments, meetings
SKILLS
• Business, project management or marketing-based educational knowledge preferred if without any relevant working experience
• Maintain Integrity and confidentiality
• Superior organisational and time management skills
• Outstanding communication and negotiation abilities
• Should possess strong problem solving skills and the ability to make sound judgement calls
• Must demonstrate strong analytical thinking skills
• Innovative, creative thinking skills
• Independent, reliable and self-motivated
• Familiarity with basic research methods and reporting techniques
• Proficient in MS Office, Cloud Collaborative Apps and “back-office” software
• Class 3 driving license preferred
