Specific tasks include:
- Seamless implementation of upgrades and new infrastructure
- To provide 2nd and 3rd level support to end users for (primarily) Windows based environments.
- Install and configure networks, servers, workstations, notebooks, printers and mobile devices for users.
- Install and configure any software solutions that the client is requesting.
- Maintaining complete documentation on the client network
- Required skill(s): computer and network and server troubleshooting skill.
- Ability to provide configure and support and troubleshooting for Router, Switch, Access Point, Firewall.
- Ability to support and troubleshooting for server and desktop /laptop(Windows, Mac OS)
