Are you looking for a career in private education? Do you have a passion for guiding students through their academic journeys? Matt’s Education is looking for a dynamic and committed individual to join our team. This full-time role will see the candidate personally undertaking English classes at our tuition centres, as well as engaging in curriculum and programme development work.

Job scope

• Undertake English (and one other subject) group tuition classes at the primary and secondary levels

• Work closely with the founders to develop the English curriculum at Matt’s Education

• Work closely with the team on pitching enrichment programmes to schools

• Copywriting (advertorials, brochures, social media posts)

Job requirements
• Have at least a bachelor’s degree
• Strong command of the English language
• Teaching experience as a tutor willlend favourable consideration
• Have the patience, passion and willingness to guide and mentor the younger generation
• Comfortable with conducting lessons in the classroom
• Able to work 4 weekdays and 1 weekend on a permanent basis
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Ability to teach one other subject (Math or Science) will lend favourable consideration
