Job Summary:
We seek a dynamic and motivated individual to join our team as a Field Marketing Intern. This position offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in field marketing within a vibrant educational environment.
Intern Responsibilities
a) Event Planning and Execution:
i) Planned, executed, and coordinated student competitions, including the Coding Hackathon and Mathlympics Holiday Camp.
ii) Handle pre- and post-event promotion, as well as content creation.
iii) Act as a liaison with trainers, vendors, parents, and students.
iv) Perform any other event-management tasks as required.
b) Sign-Up Rate Monitoring: Monitor and track sign-up rates for various competitions.
c) Workshop and Webinar Facilitation: Facilitate as a moderator/host for professional development workshops and webinars.
d) Procurement Process: Facilitate the procurement process, from Purchase Requisition (PO) to Purchase Order (PO) creation in our in-house system.
e) Administrative Support: Undertake various administrative tasks as assigned.
