Job Description

As part of the Digital & Data team, the Social Media Content Creator Intern will work closely with the Mandai Social Media and Content team to create social media content for Mandai's verticals and related social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and LinkedIn).

The ideal candidate should have a keen eye in identifying the latest social trends, and be updated in the world of the modern social media user. The candidate should also have knowledge in video production and editing software.

Content and Production Development- Research, analyse and present new and fresh ways to approach social content- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ideate and execute engaging video content for owned social media channels- In-Park Videography and Photography- Graphic designing work to develop social media marketing collaterals- Provide copywriting to online marketing materials

Technical Expertise

- Operate and manage video equipment, including cameras and audio gear- Edit and post-produce static and video content using industry-standard software (For Video Editing: Adobe Premiere Pro).

Social Media Engagement- Stay abreast of social media trends and best practices across multiple social media platforms to ensure content relevance and innovation.- Have a good understanding of social media’s function in a multi-channel environment.- Provide community support to the social media team by monitoring and responding to comments on the respective social media channels
