Principal Activities

We manufacture, distribute and market a wide range of food products such as sweetened condensed milk, evaporated milk, pasteurised milk, juices, cultured milk and yoghurt in Singapore.

In addition to serving the domestic market, we export sweetened condensed milk and evaporated milk to more than 50 countries worldwide.

Responsibilities: 

• Manage on-boarding / off-boarding process for factory employees;
• Responsible for Work Pass application, renewal & cancellation matters in MOM website;
• Monitor new staffs’ confirmation, arranging security bonds, updating of foreign worker address on MOM website, issuance of factory access cards, etc;
• Administer leave applications and medical claims ;
• Responsible in supporting day-to-day HR Operations;
• Relief front desk duties;
• Perform general office administration duties such as stationery supplies, order uniforms and other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

 Requirements:

• Good inter-personal and organization skills;
• Basic knowledge of MOM regulations & practices;
• Proficient in Microsoft office;
• Discreet in handling confidential matter.
• Must speak and understand Mandarin to communicate with Mandarin speaking workers.

* Position may be converted to permanent post if incumbent has demonstrated good performance and culture fit.
