This internship offers the opportunity to learn how a specialty chemical company serves customers, manages product and regulatory documentation, prepares samples, and supports production-related testing activities. You will work closely with commercial and technical teams to support customer-related projects from documentation and sample preparation to production setup and testing follow-up.

  • Assist with sample preparation and Certificate of Analysis issuance.
  • Support halal registration activities, including document collection, coordination, and follow-up.
  • Assist in bio-production setup activities and related testing processes.
  • Support testing and preparation activities for downstream production requirements.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure customer requests, documentation, samples, and testing follow-ups are completed accurately and on time.

What You Will Learn

  • How a chemical ingredient company operates and serves B2B customers.
  • How commercial, technical, regulatory, and operations teams work together to deliver customer solutions.
  • How regulatory documents, samples, COA, halal registration, and customer submissions are managed.
  • How production setup and testing activities are carried out for downstream applications.
  • How to coordinate customer-related projects in a commercial environment.
  • Maintain proper records of regulatory documents, samples, test results, and customer submissions.

  • Requirements
Currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Biotechnology, Food Science, Pharmaceutical Science, Life Sciences, Business, or a related field.
  • Interested in chemical ingredients, customer solutions, regulatory documentation, and production/testing processes.
  • Detail-oriented, organised, and willing to learn.
  • Able to communicate clearly and coordinate with different stakeholders.
  • Comfortable working with documents, samples, and technical information.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office or similar tools.
  • Prior laboratory, production, regulatory, or internship exposure is an advantage but not required.
