Job Scope:
We are looking for a French speaking project assistant to assist in the execution of the event, especially in the following areas:
To do telephone follow up to Government Departments to confirm their participation at the Summit
To do telephone follow up to speakers
To do telemarketing of the summit to French speaking countries in West Africa
To assist in translation of emails/simple documents into French
To assist in any administration logistics that require French language
Working hours
3 times a week: from 5 pm – 8 pm or 6 pm – 9 pm.
Requirements:
Good Phone & communication skills
Pleasant voice
Fluent in French
