As we continue to grow, we're looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Accounts & Admin Executive to support our daily finance and administrative operations.
Responsibilities
Accounts
Prepare customer invoices, quotations and receipts
Record supplier invoices and expenses accurately
Record reimbursement claims
Record Invnetory daily movement & transfer
Checking daily sales & bank movement
Maintain accurate financial records using accounting software
Organize and maintain accounting documents and records
Administration
Manage filing of company documents and contracts
Assist in inventory and asset administration
Support daily operational and administrative tasks
Requirements
Fresh graduates with strong aptitude are welcome to apply
Basic skills in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office.
Good organizational and time management skills
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks
Positive attitude with good communication skills
