LVMH Perfumes & Cosmetics (Dior) – Regional Visual Merchandising Intern

Internationally recognised, Parfums Christian Dior is one of the leaders on the luxury cosmetics market and we are looking for interns to join the team. This internship will be a great opportunity for you to learn from and step into the House of Dior.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

• Collaborate closely with marketing & central design team to prepare the regional merchandising guidelines:
  • guidelines for updates of existing doors
  • guidelines for renovations/new openings
  • guidelines for new design concept
• Support technical adaptations of central visual merchandising guidelines across the region (4-axis : Fragrance, Make up, Skincare and TREX) : work on TDs and designs to fit operational needs
• Understand marketing calendars & create simulations as reference to the markets for better understanding of priorities
• Support VM Manager in briefing / managing regional productions
• Coordinate delivery of merchandising regional productions
• Work with vendors / contractors on cropping, dimensions, and review for production & installation
• Join in-store visits & submit photo reports
• Key point of tracking status and organising inventory of POS configurations across the regions (maintenance of POS database)
• Maintenance and administration of our regional VM digital app (acting as regional help-desk, liaise with app developers for enhancements if required by markets / regional team)
• Administration (set-up of monthly calls with markets, preparation of agenda, follow-up with minutes of meetings), and for rest of marketing & architecture teams on ad-hoc basis

REQUIREMENTS

• Studying or diploma holder in Design Art / Interior Design / Industrial Design /Architecture will be a plus
• At least 1 previous professional experience
• Strong project management skills
• Extensive experience in Photoshop, Sketch-Up, Illustrator will be a plus
• Fluent in Microsoft Office Pack
