We are seeking for talents who are proficient in using Excel & House-Keeping of stocks so as to assist help to the Sales & Merchandising team in administrative duties. If you’re keen on luxury fashion industry & would like to explore to doing Admin & Inventory Assistant this would be the desired role for you.
Temporary Admin & Back of House Assistant ( 4 Months Contract )
- Provide picking up stocks to do the regional transfer.
- Receive stocks(physical and system) when stocks come in 3 times a week.
- Do quality check and then place in back room
- Housekeeping of inventory
- Stock Take and Stock Count
- Administrative duties such as transferring of stocks, replying emails
