in partnering ride-hailing apps, such as Grab, to provide private-hire limousines for travel within Singapore.
Our vehicle acquisition and maintenance team ensures that all vehicles are maintained and serviced regularly, creating comfort for both passengers and partners. Our partners provide industry leading service, making certain that all passengers arrive punctually and in style.
We are more than just a car rental company. We also assist Grab in other markets such as GrabPay and GrabFood.
- Billings and revenue accruals
- Work with Operations Department to handle enquiries from customers
- Monitor AR collections and outstanding AR
- Check and process payments – Hirers, suppliers and staff claims
- Prepare monthly journals and reconciliation
- Maintain bank register and prepare bank reconciliation
- Ensure prompt update of accounting software
- Diploma/Degree in Accountancy/ACCA or its equivalent
- Minimum 1 years of relevant working experience
- Able to work in a fast paced environment
- High degree of accuracy and attention to details
- Customer service orientation and negotiation skills
- Independent and proactive team player with the abilities to handle tight deadlines
- Drive home car when is available
