A position with Lucy & Mui gives gives first-hand experience into the workings of a local fashion label, and insight on the growth of the fashion scene in Singapore. Our small team allows you to work directly with our designer and founder.
An intern to assist with the inventory operations of the company. Managing and facilitating inventory and orders, working to ensure that our jewelry is properly kept and managed. Candidates must be meticulous and efficient.
Work scope:
- Review of orders when they are placed
- Managing email notifications to clients in the production process to ensure that clients are kept apprised of the production timeline
- Placing orders with our artisans and suppliers
- Checking through completed orders to ensure that the product specifications are accurate
- Ensuring that these orders are shipped out efficiently, accurately and on a timely basis
- Arranging for batches of inventory to be sent to our team for display at events or private viewings, as and when needed
- Liaising with our team for viewings of inventory with clients
- Replying instagram and facebook messages and emails on order queries and viewings of pieces
This position allows you to work remotely, but will require you to visit our artisans in Singapore to ensure orders are completed on a timely basis at least once a week.
