We are on the lookout for a Mergers and Acquisitions Intern with a strategic and financial acumen. This position is tailored for an individual who is interested in the dynamics of company growth and acquisition strategies. 

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the identification and evaluation of potential acquisition targets in service-adjacent industries.
• Contact potential acquisition targets and brokering agencies ro arrange meetings with them.
• Support due diligence processes and financial analysis for acquisition targets.
• Participate in the creation of presentation materials and acquisition proposals.
• Collaborate with senior management on merger and acquisition strategies.
• Help coordinate communication with stakeholders and external advisors.

Requirements:

• Actively pursuing a university degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• Good understanding of corporate finance, valuation, and financial modelling.
• Detail-oriented with excellent research, quantitative, and analytical skills.
• Effective communication and presentation skills.
