Job Description
- Data entry for Account Payable and prepare Payment Voucher
- Data entry for GL Journal, monthly staff claims, uniform stock level and casual labour
- Reconcile AP Statement of Account (Monthly)
- Issue cheque to Vendor (Monthly and Ad-hoc)
- Input sub-con payments batches and pass related accrual journal entry
- Input payment batches to various banks
- Prepare Monthly Report – AP Aging, Motor Vehicle Expenses, Purchases Waste Disposal Report
- Preparation of audit schedules – Accrued Other Expenses, Accrued Sub-contractors.
Requirements :
- Knowledge of accounting
- Fresh graduates or students welcome
- Meticulous and attention to details
