Roles and Responsibilities

• Support programmes for entrepreneurship youth development
• Identify and cultivate strong relationships with community partners (including NPOs, schools, businesses etc) to organise a vibrant calendar of events and programmes for youth
• Organise entrepreneurship competitions and awards for youth and adult at institutional and national levels
• Organise innovation and enterprise exhibitions to promote entrepreneurship among youth 
• Support management with regards to entrepreneurship training such as workshop, seminar and talks for youth and adult
• Support management in mentoring and coaching startups on a wide range of subjects which include business plan, business model, blue ocean strategies, sales & marketing plan and business operation etc.
• Assist startups to apply for grants from ACE, SPRING, and MSF and prepare them in areas of business plan and pitching skill
• Liaise with grant providers on the application process

 Knowledge and Experience

• A relevant diploma or degree, preferably in Entrepreneurial and Business related disciplines
• People-oriented, with good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Results-oriented with the capability in meeting tight deadlines.
• Good project management and people management skills.
