We specialise in the provision of commercial cleaning, conservancy cleaning services, external facade cleaning and waste collection.
We are looking for passionate individuals to join our Operations Team. The Operations Team ensures that the cleaning operations are running smoothly and effectively. This includes managing resources, planning work procedures, monitoring work incidents, and communicating with stakeholders to ensure quality work.

You will be given opportunities to support the Operation Team by innovating and implementing new operational plans to improve work processes and service quality.
- Gather intelligence and practical knowledge on the workings of the Operations Team
- Manage and audit machinery and inventory
- Be a key player in innovative project implementations, working across departments to achieve optimal results
- Design a Productivity Improvement Project for the Operations Team
- Assist and provide support for the Operations Team, when necessary
Requirements:
- Working knowledge of performing in a team environment and applying problem-solving skills
- Able to multi-task and have good time management skills
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Good knowledge of standard Microsoft Products
- An interest in Operations and Project Management
- A strong sense of mission to join in the evolution of transforming the Environmental Services Industry
