Job Description

Position Summary


This is a long-term position (ideally 12-18 months), where you will get the opportunity to work closely with the Director and leadership of a mission driven global coaching and consulting company. The marketing & administrative coordinator plays a crucial role in contributing to the planning and implementation of the company’s online coaching and consulting programs. In addition to monitoring and seeking methods to improve our sales, you will help to ensure that our clients receive maximum benefit from our programs. You will get hands-on experience managing our social media platforms and website, as well as opportunities to exercise your creativity and critical-thinking skills. You will be required to oversee and take ownership for providing important day to day administrative support to the Director.

 

Key Responsibilities


Social Media Management and Coordination

• Manage social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn) 

• Identify and organise appropriate marketing collateral e.g. emails, videos, audios, media etc.

• Schedule content to be uploaded via Hootsuite

• Keep track of published social media assets and user engagement data

 

Website

• Edit website using Kajabi (a plug-in website – no coding required) 

• Ensure brand consistency across all aspects of website

• Copywriting, writing, editing, proofreading website content such as product descriptions and checkout prices

• Upload website content including videos, podcasts, images as well as continuous review and active management of website landing pages, checkout pages and all digital assets

• Use Canva to design graphics – requires eye for design and willingness to learn

 

Email Marketing

• Use systems to generate automated emails for potential and existing clients

• Execute, edit or craft copy for email marketing campaigns using existing and new content

 

Content Creation

• Ensure consistency of Brand visuals and values across all visual, audios, written and video communications

• Monitor and coordinate automated emails

• Design and create digital media collateral (using Canva) to be published on various media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn)

• Video and audio basic editing for podcasts and promotional videos for dissemination on social media and website

 

Administration

• Manage onboarding of clients by logging their details into database, communicating with them via email, sending welcome letters and program information, and scheduling client meetings in Zoom

• Manage company calendar

• Manage Facebook groups and online programs, and track client engagement i

• Other administrative /executive assistant tasks as required

Familiarity with Media Landscape

  • Good understanding of various social media and digital marketing channels such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn etc.
  • Experience with content management or e-commerce platforms such as Kajabi would be advantageous
  • Very comfortable with online using different digital platforms and apps or fast aptitude to learn
  • Keen sense of design and possess knowledge of current marketing trends
