Job Description
Job description-
- Market and grow a new pharmaceutical brand in terms of brand awareness as well as customer acquisition
- Manage and update brand website, Facebook and Instagram plus ecommerce platforms
- Develop graphic content, copywriting and sharing of educational content through infographics etc
- Brainstorm feasible strategies and execute marketing campaigns to increase sales e.g. Facebook ads, contests, SEO, SEM
- Handle enquiries and orders to achieve customer satisfaction
- Support Sales & Business Development Manager in marketing administrative duties
Requirements-
- Singaporean/PR with background in Digital Marketing, Graphic Design, Copywriting, Marketing, Business, Pharmacy, Science or related fields
- Experience in web design, handling social media and e-commerce platforms, Facebook or Google ads, SEO & SEM will be useful
- Possess positive, creative, entrepreneurial, can-do attitude and able to execute duties in a responsible, meticulous manner
- Good command of written and spoken English
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud including Photoshop & Illustrator, Microsoft PowerPoint, Word & Excel
- Keen interest in pharmaceutical products, videography and photography will be an advantage
