Job Description

We are looking for a Salesforce Developer to design and develop a customized and scalable solutions within the Salesforce platform to improve software capability and functionality that perfectly meet the evolving needs of the company.

This role will also be involved in successful seamless integration of multiple business applications in Logicalis Asia; Salesforce, Dynamics AX2012, Service Now, Power BI, etc.

This role will be part of internal business application support team and will get numerous learning opportunities in both technical competency and skill in business process to increase professional knowledge and acquire a good understanding about IT services industry.

 

  • Develop customized solutions within Salesforce platform to support business functions and meet management objectives, business requirements, and company goals.
  • Interact directly with managers and end users as necessary to analyse project objectives and capability requirements.
  • Provide system administration support of internal and customer-facing Salesforce environment, especially related to customized applications, user permissions, security settings, custom objects and workflow.
  • Write document and provide training for newly developed functionality
  • Test stability and functionality of the application.

 

Required Qualifications:

Essential

  • Knowledge in Salesforce CRM platforms.
  • Experience in Microsoft SQL Server 2016 (TSQL script, SSIS, SSAS).
  • Knowledge in Microsoft Power Platform, such as Power Apps, Flow, and Power BI.
  • Good communication skills.

Desirable

  • Self-motivated and creative.
  • Analytical skills – an analytical mind-set to identify user’s needs and produce solutions to issues.
  • Communication skills – to communicate technical information effectively to people who has limited computer knowledge and to answer questions as they arise.
  • Teamwork – work in teams, maintaining a professional and helpful behaviour toward colleagues.
  • Problem-solving abilities – identify and troubleshoot issues and faults as they arise.
