Little Happy Haus is a local, homegrown online kids concept store loved by many. We are seeking an enthusiastic and dynamic individual who will work closely alongside the founder, as we grow together with our customers to go beyond carrying a range of kids products. By joining us, you will be given the opportunity to be exposed to all areas of the business and to try new ideas and experiment.
We are based in Joo Chiat; this is a full-time role (min 35 hours per week). We offer hybrid flexible work arrangements.
We are a small and lean team. Expected to wear many hats, get your hands dirty and work at a fast pace. Some of the things you will be expected to do but not limited to:
Business Development (50%)
- Plan, manage and execute promotional campaigns for e-commerce platform and strategies to drive traffic & sales
- Establish new business partnerships to drive revenue
- Establish new business channels to increase top line
- Assist with marketing efforts (content generation, KOL management, social media management)
Operations (40%)
- Stock-take, pack orders, co-ordinate logistics arrangement and order fulfilment
- Responsible for management, operation and online sales of various e-commerce platforms and website
- Draft product descriptions’ content, and list products on e-commerce marketplace platforms and website
- Maintain and update the company’s online store and various e-commerce platforms while ensuring all content (pages, products and prices) are displayed accurately
Customer Service (10%)
- Ensure customers enquiries and requests are met across all our channels within Service Level Agreement standards
Requirements
- Only open to undergrad (poly/uni) residing in Singapore
- Passionate about e-commerce
- Able to communicate clearly and concisely
- Organised and meticulous
- Work well independently as well as in a team
- Resourceful problem solver who can get things done fast
- Take pride in your work and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Strong willingness to learn (be it from experience, the team, google)
- Experience in customer service and photography/editing skills will be advantageous
