Under our group, Lion Heartlanders (LHL) is a leading heritage and educational tour brand that partners with schools, government agencies, and community organisations. We design and deliver meaningful programmes that connect participants with Singapore’s history, culture, and social fabric through immersive tours and outreach initiatives.
We’re looking for a resourceful and motivated Project Management Intern to join the Lion Heartlanders team. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain practical experience in project execution, client engagement, and operations support within the education, heritage, and community engagement sector. You’ll work closely with our project and tour teams to help plan, coordinate, and deliver impactful experiences that inspire learning and connection.
Responsibilities
Support the Project Manager in coordinating a range of educational tours and public outreach programmes.
Assist in managing client bookings and registrations, including handling changes, rescheduling, and cancellations for schools and agencies.
Follow up with clients (teachers, partners, agencies) after programmes to gather feedback and strengthen long-term relationships.
Coordinate logistical arrangements for tours and programmes—including liaising with guides, vendors, venues, transport providers, and stakeholders.
Participate in live programme operations, taking on roles such as facilitator, coordinator, game master, or tech/admin assistant (both physical and virtual formats).
Monitor the feedback collection process and compile structured reports for review and improvement.
Track inventory levels and assist in the timely procurement of programme supplies and materials.
Contribute ideas and assist in the design and launch of new learning journeys, heritage tours, and engagement activities.
Represent the company professionally when engaging with schools, partners, and community stakeholders.
Support additional ad-hoc projects and tasks as assigned.
Job Requirements
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a diploma/degree in Business, Tourism, Project Management, Events, Communications, or a related field
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced and collaborative environment, with strong interpersonal skills
