Lion & Lion – Client Services Intern

YOUR ROLE
● Primarily to be focused on providing administrative assistance to the Client Services
team on day-to-day client activities including cascading information from client
emails to the internal team, scoping, client account maintenance and reporting, etc.,
to ensure continued progress of client workflow.
● Assist in developing digital marketing campaigns and proposals from the ground up,
considering our clients’ needs and their specific industries.
● Sit in on client calls to learn how to interact with clients, how the flow of meetings
should be help, and write accurate actionable contact reports.
● Work with our Client Manager and Client Director to create our standard operating
procedures for the internal team that will be used beyond your internship.
● Perform research into our clients’ industries and create campaign/project reports that
will provide actionable tips and advice for expanding their reach in the digital space.
● Coordinate tasks and deadlines with the internal departments of Performance,
Creative, Social & Outreach.
YOUR PROFILE
● Interest and strong passion in digital marketing, technology and with managing
clients.
● Excellent verbal and written communication skills
● Demonstrates competence at using internal and external research capabilities and in
preparing in-depth analyses.
● Team player with the confidence and integrity to earn client and internal team
confidence quickly.
