Job Description

We are seeking a Power Automate Developer to design, build, and maintain automation solutions using Microsoft Power Platform. The role focuses on streamlining business processes, reducing manual effort, improving data accuracy, and supporting workflow automation across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
Automation Development

  • Design, develop, and maintain Power Automate cloud and desktop flows.
  • Build automated approval workflows and business process automations.
  • Develop integrations between Microsoft 365 applications, including Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, Forms, Excel, and Dataverse.
  • Troubleshoot and optimize existing automation solutions.

Business Process Improvement

  • Work closely with business users to identify automation opportunities.
  • Analyze existing processes and recommend efficiency improvements.
  • Translate business requirements into technical workflow solutions.
  • Document process maps, requirements, and technical specifications.

Power Platform Solutions

  • Support development of Power Apps and related Power Platform solutions.
  • Create dashboards and reporting solutions using Power BI where required.
  • Design data structures using SharePoint Lists or Dataverse.

Governance & Compliance

  • Ensure solutions comply with security, compliance, and governance requirements.
  • Apply access controls, data protection measures, and audit logging.
  • Maintain proper documentation, testing records, and change management procedures.

Support & Maintenance

  • Monitor production flows and resolve issues promptly.
  • Perform testing and deployment activities.
  • Provide user training and technical support.
  • Maintain solution documentation and knowledge repositories.

Job Requirements:
Preferred Qualifications

  • Education: Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering or a related field
  • Microsoft Power Platform certifications.
  • Experience with RPA / Power Automate Desktop.
  • Experience with approval workflows, ticketing systems, onboarding workflows, or case management solutions.
  • Familiarity with compliance and data governance requirements.

Technical Skills

  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Automate.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power BI, Dataverse).
  • Experience with SharePoint Online, Microsoft Forms, Teams, and Outlook integrations.
  • Knowledge of workflow design and automation best practices.
