Provide sales support to the Institutional sales team which includes the following:

• Assist in drafting presentation decks and marketing materials
• Assist the team in preparing portfolio review decks
• Assist in research and collating data to facilitate sales administration, internal reporting and client segment reviews
• Assist the team in collating information for the purpose of responding to client queries
• Assist the team in logistical matters relating to client meetings and events
• Assist the team in other sales support function as required.

Job Requirements:

• Undergraduate pursuing Finance, Business or related field
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications
• Meticulous and self-motivated individual
• Good interpersonal skills and a team player
• Positive/good learning attitude and a fast learner
• Can commit full-time for 6 months
