The selected candidate will support the Transaction Processing & Corporate Actions team within the Operations Division. 

Job Responsibilities

• Review and investigate daily price movements, suspended and stale price securities to ensure fair value of securities.
• Process corporate actions events notifications, which involves liaising with the fund managers, ensuring completeness of the instructions and handling queries.
• Create and maintain security master records and handles stock availability queries.
• Process clients and fund managers’ instruction for injection/withdrawal/transfers
• Ad hoc administrative duties and/or projects as assigned by the manager

Job Requirements

• University Degree in Business/Finance/Accounting
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel
• Meticulous individual
• Independent and fast learner
• Good interpersonal skills
• Team player
• Can commit at least 6 months - 1 year
