The selected candidate will support the Trade Support team within the Operations Division. 

Job Responsibilities

• Process trades in financial instruments such as but not limited to Foreign exchange, FX options and Fixed Deposits, which involve matching with brokers, to settlement of the instructions and queries resolutions.
• Perform day end completeness check to ensure all instructions from the front office are being captured and processed timely.
• Maintain standard settlement instructions in the back office system
• Ad hoc administrative duties and/or projects as assigned by the manager

Job Requirements

• University Degree in Business/Finance/Accounting
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel
• Meticulous individual
• Independent and fast learner
• Good interpersonal skills
• Team player
• Can commit at least 6 months or 1 year
