Job Description
- Assist in setting up and configuring desktops, laptops
- Help with onboarding new employees by setting up accounts and devices.
- Support routine maintenance tasks such as software updates, and system checks.
- Collaborate with the Technology Department on special projects and initiatives.
Job Requirements:
- Currently pursuing a Diploma/Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of computer systems and troubleshooting techniques.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
