• Monitoring and surveillance of investment guidelines including setting up/maintaining of rules and watch lists in the Bloomberg AIM and Compliance checklists
• Reviewing and coding of investment guidelines for new and/or existing mandates
• Pre and post trade monitoring of investment guidelines and following up on breaches identified
• Scheduled reporting to clients and trustee
• Audit preparation and Compliance manual checks controls
• Preparing presentations/training deck and liaising with internal stakeholders such as Fund Managers
Requirements:
-University Degree in Business/Finance/Accounting
-Proficient in Microsoft Excel
-Positive/good learning attitude
-Meticulous & self-motivated individual
-Good interpersonal skills
-Team player and able to multi task
-Can commit immediate and for a period of 6 months
