Job Description
Marketing collaterals
- Preparation of monthly and quarterly reports for clients
- Responsible for the preparation of monthly fund factsheets (English and Chinese); ensure accuracy of the information and timely production for distribution
- Responsible for the preparation of fund annual/semiannual reports (English and Chinese); ensure accuracy of the information and timely production for distribution
- Review the company’s website to ensure the fund documents and information are up to date.
Client Services/Reporting/Admin support
- Prepare responses to queries coming from distributors, vendors and corporate clients; and general hotline and Contactus email inbox
- Review our distributor’s website to ensure the fund documents and information are up to date.
- Ensure accurate and prompt payment to Business Development vendors and suppliers
Projects
- Assist in collating the data required and UAT for the project within the department.
- Work on adhoc projects or any other duties as may be assigned from time to time.
Job Requirements:
- Undergraduate pursuing a Degree in Business / Finance / related field
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Good time-management skills
- Great interpersonal and communication skills
- Able to commit full-time for 6 months
