Lim & Tan Securities is the oldest stockbroking firm in Singapore. We were established in 1973 and this is our 47th year in business. Our main business focus is in the high net worth and retail market segment. We offer a range of financial services, including equities trading on the Singapore Exchange, as well as on all other global major exchanges.

Marketing Officer (1 Year Contract)

Preparation of marketing materials and collaterals

• For review and update to website
• Liaising with printers and external parties for the production of materials.
• Periodic review of website to ensure material and links are updated.

General

• Preparation of reward/marketing reports
• Answer incoming queries on reward/ marketing programs
• Assist in other ad-hoc duties

Requirements

• Proficient in MS Office applications
• Experience in design software such as Adobe Illustrator and Dreamweaver
• Meticulous and well-organised with the ability to multitask under pressure
• Service oriented and customer focused with excellent written and communication skills
• Able to work independently as well as be a team player
