Job Function
This position will be working under the guidance of marketing team members. The person will be responsible to assist the Marketing team in the daily operations of marketing activities. It involves the development of marketing materials, conceptualization of marketing campaigns and customer database maintenance. The person will also be given the opportunity to explore e-commerce and digital marketing activities like website audit, search engine optimization (SEO), email marketing and social media marketing activities where appropriate.
Job Description
To assist in CRM maintenance
To assist in maintaining company’s website content via WordPress CMS
To assist in planning, conceptualizing, developing marketing promos and campaigns
To assist in conceptualizing and developing both printed and electronic marketing collaterals using Canva or Adobe Design Suite (Photoshop/ Illustrator/ InDesign)
Assist in preparing some simple sales report
Conduct marketing research with the guidance of marketing team
Assist to manage the product database in the eCommerce platform
Ad hoc tasks as assigned by Marketing Team
Requirements:
Highly motivated and willing to learn
Team player
Familiar with Google suite (Google doc, google sheet, etc) will be advantageous
Knowledge of digital marketing, video editing and/or designing software (Adobe Illustrator/Photoshop) will be advantageous
Good organizational skills
Preferably students from the field of Marketing / Business
