Lily & Co – Marketing & Partnerships Intern

Our wedding packages cover the full wedding journey from marriage proposal, solemnization to actual day wedding planning, decor and design. 

This position reports to the Lead Planner & Stylist and interfaces with Sales & Operations staff. Lily & Co is a wedding stylist specialising in bespoke weddings and intimate events. We believe in high touch client engagement and strong relationship management with partners in the wedding industry. We believe that love is steady and empowering.

Specific Responsibilities

Individual to be involved in:

1. Manages company’s social media account, including Content creation, writing, graphic design, and engagement

2. Conceptualize and presents styled shoot ideas and strategies

3. Plans and executes promotional activities

4. Partnership Management including identifying new partners and and engagement with existing partner relationships

Competencies

1. Proactive and able to work as a team

2. Good written and verbal communication skills

3. Ability to sketch and graphic designer experience will be a plus

4. Well versed in social media tools Instagram Reels, Posts, Stories, Tiktok, XHS, Lemon8, etc
