LiftAuth is a lift maintenance software platform built for independent lift maintenance contractors. We help contractors manage inspections, scheduling, compliance documentation, and remote monitoring — cutting paperwork and keeping lifts compliant. Our product serves a hands-on, technical workforce and we take that responsibility seriously.
The role (Software Engineer Intern)
You will work full-stack on a live product used by lift maintenance professionals. Our platform includes an admin dashboard, a mobile technician app, and a customer portal — covering features like digital maintenance checklists, lift part search, maintenance control plan creation, automated scheduling and invoicing, and Remote Monitoring & Diagnostics (RM&D) for lifts.
You will occasionally join customer meetings and discovery sessions to understand how contractors work on the ground and translate that into product improvements.
What you will do
- Build and maintain features across the admin dashboard, technician app, and customer portal
- Write backend services and APIs in Go
- Build frontend interfaces in TypeScript
- Join customer calls and site visits to understand real-world requirements
- Write clean, documented code and contribute to code reviews
What we are looking for
- Familiar with web fundamentals and frontend development (TypeScript / JavaScript)
- Able to communicate clearly — both in writing and in discussion
- Comfortable working in a small startup team where scope is wide and things move fast
Nice to have
- Experience with mobile app development (React Native or Flutter)
Kindly note that only shortlisted candidates will be notified.
