Job Description

SUMMARY
This position is responsible for full transaction cycle of payroll processing in Kering Group for South East Asia & Oceania, ensuring compliance with all applicable Employment Regulations in Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Vietnam, Australia, New Zealand and Guam ensuring the delivery of transactional activities in line with regional and local policies, procedures and standards and within the planned timelines.


ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• To perform monthly payroll administration via both in house software and external vendor
• To coordinate with various departments and Kering brands on payroll related documents, such as Sales commission, push money, overtime records, travel allowance, etc.
• To arrange approval for cheque and auto payment and ensure payroll is processed timely and accurately
• To prepare monthly contribution reports
• To prepare monthly payroll cost reporting
• To support HR budgets and forecasts planning
• To work closely with HR colleagues on personnel movement to ensure filing the tax returns on a timely manner
• To monitor the Housing Reimbursement policies by checking rental agreements and receipts
• To ensure the records are updated in the HRIS
• To manage HR Shared Services daily Operations such as Leave administration, employment contract/certificate preparation


SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE
Experience, business and technical skills:
• Bachelor degree holder in Accounting, Business Administration
