Job Description
  • Create a portfolio of client accounts and monitor the ongoing activities related to them.
  • Oversee through-the-line (ATL, BTL, digital) marketing campaigns from all clients.
  • Conduct meetings with clients to inform them about current work status of their projects.
  • Manage client’s and internal budgets to make sure initial agreed amounts are all met.
  • Manage projects timelines to ensure delivery is on-time and done correctly.
  • Propose and develop proposal decks for clients.
  • Prepare briefs and strategize with Creative for best solutions to clients.
  • Plan, manage and execute all social media channels for clients and internal brands.
  • Establish relationships with new clients while maintaining and nurturing business relationships with existing clients and stakeholders.
  • Identify accounts whose revenue may be shrinking and address any ‘risk’ clients and reach out to them to ensure they are retained.
  • Source and manage 3rd party vendors when needed.
  • Support business development/pitches of pillar, by actively reaching out for new opportunities, development and submission of proposals.
  • Manage all internal marketing requirements (6 brands internally, across 4 countries), including being the Web Master for internal sites.
  • Present monthly marketing updates to each internal brand and management.

 

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year relevant working experience.
  • Digital marketing experience preferred, with ATL & BTL know-how.
  • Well versed in Microsoft Office and Google Suite e.g. Docs, Sheets, Slides etc.
  • Familiar with using social media channels for businesses, including ad buy and analytics.
  • Multitasker with a can-do, proactive, positive attitude who can work under pressure to meet deadlines and demanding targets.
  • High level of analytical and organizational skills and excellent attention to detail.
  • Leadership qualities with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Creative with commercial awareness.
