Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Leverage data and analytics to work with the sales team and enhance existing processes, improving sales figures
- Drive digital and technological uptake by working with trainers and vendors to troubleshoot and resolve issues with various equipment and software
- Coordinate training assignments and schedules with trainers and clients
- Track and report training progress and metrics to both clients and internal teams
- Identify, propose, develop and implement digital innovations to drive efficiency and general improvements in work processes where appropriate
- Assist internal teams in understanding and refining both existing and new digital capabilities
- Perform other ad-hoc duties and services as required
Requirements:
- IT-savvy
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint
- Clear and articulate presentation ability with proficiency in written and spoken English
- Organised and meticulous
- Possesses a positive learning attitude
- Possesses strong interpersonal skills
